Privacy Policy

1. Purpose

Zehnder Keyword Research is a private, internal keyword research tool used by a single authorized user for SEO and marketing analysis. It is not a public SaaS platform and has no public user registration.

2. Data currently processed

At the current foundation stage, the application may process and store:

• Basic authentication/session information required for secure access
• Configuration-driven account metadata needed for access control
• Keyword inputs entered manually by the authorized user
• Application logs needed for security and operational troubleshooting

3. Data that may be processed after Google integration is enabled

After Google OAuth and Google Ads API integration is enabled, the application may additionally process:

• Google OAuth account identifiers and authentication tokens
• Google Ads keyword planning and keyword metrics data
• Historical keyword metrics such as monthly search volume, competition, and bid data where available

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens may be stored securely server-side for authenticated API access. No OAuth client secrets are exposed in frontend JavaScript or public pages.

4. Google API Services policy

Any Google API Services user data accessed by this application is handled in accordance with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.

5. Third-party services

This application may rely on Google OAuth and Google Ads API services. Google's own privacy practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Data sharing

Data is not sold. Data is not used to build advertising profiles. Data is not shared with unnecessary third parties.

7. Security

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including secure server-side handling, access controls, prepared SQL statements, session security controls, and restricted application access.

8. Data retention and deletion

Data is retained only as needed for the operation of this private tool. Data may be deleted upon request by the owner/administrator or when no longer required for legitimate operational purposes.

9. Single-user access model

The application is intended for one authorized user only. There is no public sign-up or account marketplace.
