1. Purpose of the application

Zehnder Keyword Research is a private internal application used for keyword research and SEO analysis. It is not offered as a public SaaS product.

2. Authorized access only

Access is restricted to the authorized owner/administrator. Unauthorized use, access attempts, and security circumvention are prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

The application must be used in compliance with applicable laws, Google terms, and any relevant third-party service policies.

4. User responsibilities

The authorized user is responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining environment security, and ensuring lawful and ethical use of keyword research data.

5. Google API dependency

Some functionality may depend on Google OAuth and Google Ads API availability, permissions, and policy rules. API functionality may be changed, limited, or unavailable based on third-party service decisions.

6. Third-party services

The application may use third-party infrastructure and APIs, including Google services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property

All custom code, interface components, and internal workflows of this private tool remain the property of the owner unless otherwise stated.

8. Availability

Availability is provided on a best-effort basis without guaranteed uptime or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application is provided "as is" without warranties. The owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the tool.

10. Changes to the service or terms

Functionality and these terms may be updated at any time to reflect technical, legal, or operational changes.

11. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time if misuse, security risk, or policy violations are detected.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
